生蜜是未經加熱的蜜糖,保存著蜜糖應有的豐富酵素和礦物質、大量維他命、蜂膠和花粉,不是現今市面上用科學技術加工加熱防腐的蜜蜂產品。
Organic raw honey
As it is so dry these days, nothing could have been better to have a glass of lemon honey.
The lemon peel and lemon juice that you see in the picture are in fact leftovers from the ingredients that we used for making Caesar salad dressing. The small bottle in the picture below is raw honey.

把檸檬皮切開,放入3杯大滾水裡泡浸,迫出檸檬皮的香味。
當檸檬水減溫變涼,生蜜也會溶化。把檸檬汁、3杯檸檬水連渣倒入水瓶和生蜜混合,蓋好,用力搖勻。

Put 8 tsp of raw honey and 1 cup of filtered water into a water jug
By the time the lemon water cools down, the raw honey would also be dissolved. Pour the lemon juice and 3 cups of lemon water, together with the peel, into the jug and mix them well with the raw honey. Put the lid on and shake the jug really hard.
